Debt Recovery
As a community oriented organisation, we recognise that bad debts are detrimental to any small business.  We have experience in assisting local businesses and organisations tackling this issue and shall tailor our services to cater for your needs and the sums involved.  We provide a comprehensive service from intimating a claim to raising and pursuing a court action to arranging for enforcement of any court order obtained.

Similarly, we are conscious that in the present climate of consumerism, easy credit and refinance, any unexpected or unforeseen change in a consumer’s health, work or personal life can result in difficulties with their finances.  We have built up a strong relationship with our local Citizens Advice Bureau and can assist, advise and, where appropriate, refer clients at an early stage.  In the event that court proceedings are instigated we can assist in guiding you through the process be it advising on the process, defending an action, making an offer to court (where appropriate) to negotiating a settlement.  We feel it is never too early to obtain advice and assistance in this area.

Litigation
We feel this is an industry that has exploded in recent years with numerous organisations and firms competing for your business.  Like all fields we operate in, we believe in providing a professional personal service of the highest standard.  We can assist from the intimating of a claim, negotiating with the insurance company to the raising and pursuing of court proceedings.  We have adopted the voluntary Pre Action Protocol into our practice for communicating with Insurance companies and are proud of the fact that we have an excellent success rate in obtaining clients cover under the civil Legal Aid Scheme and bringing claims to a satisfactory resolution.
