If it is your wish to leave any possessions to a specific person after you die, then making a will is the best way to ensure this is done correctly.
As part of drawing up a will, you will nominate "Executors" who will look after and ensure your wishes are carried out. You can appoint your spouse, children, relatives, friends or your Solicitor, as Executors.
