At the heart of our business is our Estate Agency department.  We are the only firm in Stornoway to have kept its Estate Agency in-house.  The advantage for our clients is that, unlike independent estate agents, we are regulated by the Law Society of Scotland are protected by the Guarantee Fund.

That reassurance is just one example of our commitment to our clients.  Our aim is to guide them through every stage of a transaction and make the process as smooth and simple as possible.  We operate a policy of openness and transparency.  Clients are advised and informed at each stage of the transaction and we are always happy to answer any queries that may arise.

By remaining in-house, our Estate Agency department has immediate access to the Solicitors within the firm to answer any legal and conveyancing issues that may arise at the marketing stage.  We ensure that any offer received is discussed with one of our Solicitors before acceptance and we offer a preliminary examination of Titles service as part of our Estate Agency package.
