Guide to Selling
We offer a friendly and professional service to assist you through a successful sale. Having sold numerous properties, our experienced staff, who have extensive knowledge of the current local market trends, can accurately place your property correctly in the marketplace. We will also give you the opportunity to informally discuss the marketing and sale of your property.

Once you decide to put your property on the market, our Property Manager will visit the property and take images, descriptions and room measurements for a sales schedule. Once the schedule is completed, it will be sent to you for approval and once approved the property will then be placed on the open market.

As part of our service and included in our fees, the property will be advertised on our public notice boards within our office, in our ‘List of Properties for Sale’ brochure as takeaway literature and here on our website. If requested, we can organise placing an advert in the local Stornoway Gazette newspaper or any other publication for that matter.

We will handle all enquiries from interested parties, arrange viewings and keep you advised on the progress.
